Terms & Conditions

By booking the Porsche 911 through DIVA911, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

Vehicle Hire Purpose

  • The Porsche 911 is hired for static photoshoots only.
  • No driving is permitted under any circumstances.
  • The vehicle is not available for ride-alongs, demonstrations, stunts, burnouts, or any other use unless expressly approved in writing by DIVA911.
  • The keys will remain with the owner at all times.
  • The vehicle may only be started or moved by the owner.

Respect for the Vehicle

  • No scratching, marking, or damaging the vehicle in any way.
  • No sitting, standing, or leaning on the bonnet, roof, boot, spoiler, or any painted or wrapped surface.
  • No climbing on or over the vehicle.
  • Do not place bags, camera equipment, props, or other items on the vehicle.
  • Please be mindful of jewellery, belts, watches, handbags, heels, and camera equipment that may scratch the paint or wrap.

Food & Drinks

  • No food or drinks are permitted inside or near the vehicle.
  • No smoking or vaping in or around the vehicle.

Interior Care

  • Please ensure hands are clean before entering the vehicle.
  • No fake tan, body oils, makeup, glitter, or products that may stain the interior.
  • Shoes must be clean before entering the vehicle.

Photography

  • Photography and videography are permitted.
  • Any camera rigs, suction mounts, or equipment attached to the vehicle require prior approval.
  • Drones may only be used where legally permitted and must not come into contact with the vehicle.

Prohibited Activities

  • No burnouts, drifting, revving, or mechanical demonstrations.
  • No moving or repositioning the vehicle without the owner's permission.
  • No confetti, smoke bombs, coloured powder, paint, fake snow, or messy props without prior approval.
  • No stickers, tape, or adhesives may be applied to the vehicle.
  • No pets unless approved by DIVA911.

Damage

  • The hirer accepts full responsibility for any damage caused during the hire period.
  • This includes scratches, dents, paint or wrap damage, wheel damage, interior damage, broken trim, cracked glass, or damage caused by people or equipment.
  • The hirer agrees to pay the full cost of repairs and any loss of income while the vehicle is being repaired.

Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled by DIVA911.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Liability

  • All participants attend and use the vehicle at their own risk.
  • DIVA911 is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the hire.

Owner's Rights

  • DIVA911 reserves the right to refuse or terminate a booking immediately if these Terms & Conditions are breached or if the vehicle is being treated in an unsafe, disrespectful, or damaging manner.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
